1. E-invoices in ZUGFeRD/Factur-X format directly from SAP

Generate compliant electronic invoices in accordance with EN 16931 in the ZUGFeRD or Factur-X standard – fully integrated into your SAP system. The seamless connection means that no additional effort is required for data preparation, and you benefit from the immediate provision of all legally required metadata. This increases process efficiency, reduces sources of error and strengthens your compliance strategy.

2. Send and store e-invoices by email

Continue to send the prepared e-invoice by email or automatically store it on file servers for further processing. On request, the e-invoice can also be stored directly in the services for the invoicing object, so that your users have access to it at any time.

3. Flexible XML output for PEPPOL access

In addition to ZUGFeRD export, our add-on enables pure XML generation for easy transmission of invoices to any PEPPOL access point. The standardized XML structure complies with all EU requirements and facilitates cross-border electronic invoicing. This ensures fast payment flows and simplifies collaboration with international business partners.

4. Easy installation

Implementation takes just a few steps: the add-on is easy to install and can be quickly integrated into your SAP processes. Subsequent updates to the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X standard to meet new legal requirements can also be easily incorporated into your system.

5. Centralized mail dispatch & monitoring with xtMail Suite

Use our add-on on its own or combine it with our xtMail Suite to send e-invoices by e-mail. All processes are monitored centrally so that you can view the status of each invoice at any time. This integrated solution supports both mail dispatch and monitoring from a single interface – ideal for efficient invoice management.
